[Resolved] Vodafone — charging extra money and cheating customers | |||
I have a post paid cooperate connection of vodafone of rs 99. currently I am abroad and nobody is even using it .Still I am getting bills of 140 every month . I don't understand the logic behind this. Only the rental + tax = 99 + 15 = 114 should be the bill . I don't understand how the calculation becomes 140 every month they are clearly cheating customers by charging extra amount as bill . I am using their account from 2007 and still they are doing this being their customer for a long term. My mobile number is [protected].
