[Resolved] Vodafone — Charging Incorrect plan activated | |||
Sir, I have been mentally tortured by Vodafone. They are billing me for something which I have not asked for and despite of multiple email conversation, they are not ready to take it back. Please see the summary of my issue below - On 12th Mar'14 I have been told from one of Vodafone Customer name Gaurav that there is good 3G plan for me and I have given the following request email to activate it . "I have spoken to vodafone cc Gaurav and he suggested me a very nice plan for my no, that is vodafone special plan 1599. Could you please activate the same on my no ASAP. # [protected] Rajesh Shukla Benefit of the above plans as told by Gaurav are : 5000 local+std minutes 1000 sms 5 GB 3 G data " I have clearly mentioned the benefit of the plan, However I don't think they have read my email properly and activated the 1599 2G plan which I don't need, now I have done multiple back and forth email communication with them to put my previous plan back and reverse the money and charge my with regards to old plan. However, they are neither changing my plan to old plan nor reversing the money back. It has been close to a month now, and I have not got any resolution on the same. Request you to please take some action on the same. If you want I can forward my email communication that I have saved in pdf format. I am not able to attach it here. My mobile Number is [protected]. The Service Request Number for your reference is [protected] & the same will be effective from 15 May 2014. You will also receive a confirmation SMS on your Vodafone mobile phone as soon as the tariff plan you requested gets activated. Further, we request you to allow us 48 working hours more to address your concern regarding agent. Regards, Vodafone.
