Vodafone — Cheat and double charged. No data security. No proper service by customer helpline 198

Dear sir
This is to inform that i tried to activate rs 48, 3G data pack from my phone by using *121# self help on 21st and only once. Bit an amount of 48+48 has been deducted from my balance for no cause. CUSTOMER care executives are saying you have activated it so it cant be refunded. But i activated it only once not twice which has been forcefully deducted by Vodafone. Attaching screenshots for evidence.
Its not about a deduction of 48rs rather a cheat. And its not just once! Prior to this, an amount of rs 7 got deducted at 6:30am when i was sleeping and your CUSTOMER service is saying that i must have activated it. They don't know what I activated but Third party took the service and my balance got deducted and Vodafone doesn't know where it went and I don't know what did i activate when i was sleeping! Is this the kind of data security you are providing! Thrice I called up CUSTOMER care and they are doing time pass with me and then forwarding it to senior executives who take more than 30 min to take the call rather not take the call! Am i here to waste my whole day on ur stupid service! And now am i mad to activate the same data pack back to back and then call your CUSTOMER care to get gyan that i only activated the service!

Pl refund my rs. 48 and deactivate the second data pack as i didn't ask for the service which Vodafone is throwing up at me forcefully and i am not going to tolerate your ### all the time. Its not a matter of rs 48 and rs 7 rather a matter of CHEAT BY VODAFONE !
