Vodafone — Complaint for no-service and high charges | |||
I write this with great desperation and helplessness. My VI sim is from Siliguri, West Bengal. I live in Delhi since 2017 and have been using the same Vi sim card. I have used this sim ([protected]) for the last 9 years. I have initially been a Vodafone customer and I am still one. Over the last few years I have been a postpaid bill payer. And for the last two months I have not had a signal at my Delhi residence. I have still been charged exorbitantly. With the last two months' bill and fine amount, the amount is unbelievably high. Despite repeated visits to the VI stores, they have been unable to help me with anything. I request Vodafone to do something about the situation. I refuse to pay for the services I have not availed.
