Vodafone — Complaint regarding balance deducting from my account | |
Dear Sir, I Satish Nautiyal having phone no - [protected] (UP-East).I recharged Rs 10 on dated 12/11/20 and suddenly my balance were deducted with out intimating me.I have called customer care and they said that u were visited online some website and active some plan..But when i told them I have not recharge any internet pack from last 2 month so how i visited. This is not first time I have complaint, many times they did the same thing. Please raise this concern as vodafone is cheating to their client.
