[Resolved]  Vodafone — Continuous Deduction of Balance for VAS

Hello. Today I recharged my Vodafone number with 99 Rs Pack and almost the entire amount was deducted for some kind VAS services that I have not subscribed. I received a SMS from no 54300 saying welcome to Players Club Pack.

This has been going on for a year now. I keep getting VZ-ViCMS SMSes with deductions without even subscribing to them. Even after trying to disable them by using the number provided. The amount deducted prior to this was Rs 5 or sometimes more. But today they immediately deducted the complete amount.

I have been ignoring this but today I decided post a complaint here.

Contacted customer care and they refunded the amount and deactivated the VAS. Let's see for how long they keep them deactivated.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
