Vodafone — Customer Care Executive's abusive talk | |||||
Complaint is regarding one of customer care executive named as Vivek to whom i had a talk regarding my bill issue on[protected] in between 2:40 - 3:10 AM. He was in complete sleep state and abused me with the word 'Chal Bund Mara' when i tried to know the reason why i got "Mobile internet roaming" charges while i was on roaming. The conversation can be listed to their auto recorded machine and see his behavior towards the loyal customer like me. Also when i called again to customer care to register an complaint, one of the care executive 'Rinku' and his supervisor 'Sahil' told me that they will register an complaint and will get an acknowledgement with complaint number but i did not get any msg or email. Is this the way Customer Care executive's talk to their customer's when we approach them for a solution? This need's to be addressed and an strict action should be taken against vodafone.
