Vodafone — Deactivate outgoing service | |||||
Vadodara vodafone call centers are not ready understand my unwanted suffering due to faulty defaulter. All are ready with suggestion but no one is ready with solution. Someone using connection with my name from 2015 which i even not known the no. From last more than 11-12 years i am using vodafone postpaid connection. This is the worst experience. I want solution immediate. Deactivated my outgoing service even regularly even if i am paying my bill regularly. I am very much upset after paying regular bill and suffering unwanted trouble. After paying regular bill through online my mobile outgoing service is deactivated. i am using vodafone post paid connection from last 11-12 years. Vaodafone call center employees are master in suggestion and zero in solution. I hope i'll get immediate reply and action against this which is highly appreciated. Someone has missused my documents with the help of vodafone employee and activated new sim since June 2015 without our knowing.
