Vodafone — Deactivation if SIM card without notice

The company deactivated my SIM card right a day or two before my exams and it hard recharge worth of 1400 since I had a 50GB data pack and also a 899 3 month pack together with it . As I called the company when I got a messages of deactivation 3-4 days prior their customer support told that it’s a wrong message sir nothing will happen because I stay in Mangalore and if my sim gets deactivated my dad has to buy the same number in Bangalore and get it reactivated and then travel to come give it to me. I have even sent the company a legal notice because after getting a new sim card due to the fault of vodafone I didn’t get my previous recharge amount back so i had to recharge again. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened to me! I sent them a legal Notice for which they haven’t replied and now I’m planning yo approach the City Civil Consumer court for my resolution.
