Vodafone — Deactivation of corporate postpaid connection | |||
Hi, I have a Vodafone Corporate Postpaid Connection (Mob No: [protected]) which I have been trying to deactivate for the past 4 months since I am no longer in India. I would like to clarify that I have not used the account over the 4 month period and all outstanding bills for services availed had been cleared from my end. Yet I am getting billed for my monthly rental charges. It has been 4 months now that I have been trying to get the connection deactivated. But since it is a corporate connection, the Vodafone store personnel insisted on me sending a mail requesting for deactivation from my registered mail Id. At that time, I had explained to the store manager that it would not be possible to send a mail from the registered mail Id as that was my official mail Id and it had been over 6 six years since I quit the company. The manager had advised me to stop using the connection permanently and that after 3 months, it would be automatically deactivated. This does not seem to be working as I am still being charged the monthly rentals without even using the connection. Kindly advise me on how I can resolve this issue and deactivate the account at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
