I have received the following message from my cellular service provider Vodafone Idea, India. Hello! Thank you for using FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs. 22 Your balance is Rs. 105.47 Rs 22 charged for the service without my consent. Neither I have used this service from them nor subscribed such service. This is nothing but a cheating and fraud. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (6) Yes (72)
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

i received similar message and "Hello! Thank you for choosing to access FUN PORTAL, You have been charged Rs.22 Your balance is Rs..." on 12th March 2021. I have not accessed or dialed any number and still this cheating has happened. Vodafone Idea if it is in their knowledge should stop such cheating practices immediately or if it is not in their knowledge then the security question come how vodafone allows such fraud through their channel.

I too got this message. Iam also using Vodafone Idea.
Not only this, it is the third time within two months deducting a total of 39Rs. Please take the necessary action.
