Today at around I have recharged my cell No. [protected] for Rs. 65.00 and the total balance was shown as Rs. 66.0 00 after a few ninutes i received a message regaring deduction of Rs. 45.00 on account of activation/renewal of beauty fix. immediately I wanted to contact the vodafone care centre and talked a rep Mrs Surya regarding the problem but she was even notagreed upon the deduction of the amount and just saying Rs. 3.00 only has been deducted. Consequently I forwarded the same SMS to 199.00 as a proof. But still lthere is no action on it nor my money has been refunded till now. Onlty the reply comes please call on 199 which is not a valid No. it is only to make the people engaged and run behind and wasting their times. My amount has been deducted and now I am the fool, whenever I wsanted to talk I am being charged for it for all non senses in automation but still far away from the Executive to talk. Its only harassment of the customers by the care centres. I had never activated any value added services but they have done in auto land deducted the money. For God shake do not cheat and loot the customers who had never lent a single penny from you earlier. Please do not act like a dictator act like a businessbody. Please refund my money immediately, otherwise I will forward the same to TRAI/Consumer forum for further disciplinary action. I kinow now I can not talk to lany customer care rep again since they kinew the case and they will never attend. My money is to be refunded immediately, since I have never taken any loan or money from you earlier. if you can not do that then please give me in writing that please disconnect our services.
