[Resolved] Vodafone — Denying Recharge done by me after initially accepting it was received by them!! | |||
Hi, On 23rd June I had done a recharge of 379 twice 1. Amazom Pay Operator reference number: ONR[protected] 2. Pytm Operator reference number: ONR[protected] I called up vodafone care immediately informing about the double recharge and I was told a refund is not possible and that the second recharge will come into effect after the expiry of the first one. On 15th I called up again as the second recharge did not kick in automatically as i was promised. I was told they will escalate the matter and that I will get a callback from one of their other teams. Case number KAR-V[protected] I did get a callback on 15th itself promising me that it will be resolved by 16th September. After an hour I got an SMS that KAR-V[protected] is resolved however my plan was not activated. I waited until the next day hoping it would get activated. Today i.e. 16th sep when I called up the customer support say that there was only 1 recharge done which has expired !!! Your team has changed the facts !! After letting me wait for so long they are now telling me to redharge again ! Artocious ! Please refund my money or get the 379 plan reactivated otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.
