Vodafone — Disappointed service | |||
I receive a bill amount of rs:1137.5 for internet charges in my nokia215 handset with vodafone connection. When i ask for the detail bill to know what exactly was the usage, they send me an email with just written internet charge which i already know. I want to know what i browse because we are sure that we didnt use internet in this mobile and this charge was by activating something by mistake. I request the customer care executive to wave ofd the charges which is for non usage, they ignore my request. Then i pay the full amount and even after two days my connection is still deactivated. I am disappointed with vodafone service and i am going to change my connection. My number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
