Vodafone — disappointing service from vodafone | |||
Respected sir/ma'am It is to inform you that i have been contacting you from past 1week and trying to inform you about my network issue and still no action has been taken yet. You should understand the need of network in this hour when the whole country is shut down and the only tool left with us to connect with the world is a mobile with a good connection. I am college student and you might now as now everything has been digitalized so is our studies and it has become very hard for me to catch up with my studies as from more than 1week there is no network in my house and i had exams during this week and just because i cannot afford to ruin my one academic year i had to go and sit at the terrace which fortunately showed some ray of hope. Such a response from a reputed company like yours was not expected. I would better opt to change my connection and switch to a better network as you people are not catering to the needs of your customers. I have been calling daily and still no response or any action could be seen. You should understand that in a time like this it is considered as the basic essential. I hope i ll get some reply soon..
