Vodafone — Disconnection of 3G from the new sim No.[protected] | |||
Please note that I received a message from Vodaphone " Recharge Rs, 348/= and avail 56 GB Date +300 min talk time for 56days before 15th March 2017, I after some time recharge the said amount in my mobile phone. i found 3G internet was running setisfectorly one day but next day onwards till date, i found 3G service in not available, I tryed to contact customer care executive in 198 and 199 to file my complaint but I was not given connection to their Customer care executive any time till date.Due to this I am unable to do my trading business and continuing grate loos, Therefore, requesting to the concern authority to necessary action against the service provider and direct them to activatte my sime to 3G connection immediately, and direct the service provider to extend the date of expiry to another 12 days as they are unable to provide 3G services till to day.
