Vodafone — Discrepancy of bill and deactivation of sim without any prior warning

My sim card has been deactivated because of due bill payment of RS.2500 for 15 days. They have claimed that I have used 3GB 3G data but in reality my mobile shows that i have used 1.64 Gb data . In Plan wht i used i had 1GB free and after that i have to pay for 640MB which i was earlier told that its 2 G free. and they now want me to pay the bill amount for the data which I havent used..And they have just deactivated my sim without any intimation. I have seen many complaints on the same page regarding the same issue that i am facing.I want you all to take some action.
