Vodafone — Duplicate sim not getting activated | |
I went to Vodafone showroom in Annanagar, chennai to get the duplicate sim. The sim is in my father name who died 2 years back. Recently we lost the SIM card. In showroom they asked the documents like Death Certificate, legal heir Certificate, id proof, address proof. I submitted all of these. By accepting all my documents he provided the duplicate SIM and told me that the SIM get activated within 3 days. I waited for 5 days. Later I come to know that he didn’t taken my complaint and kept my file as it is. When I went to the showroom and asked about the status, without seeing my document he says you have not given legal heir Certificate. I asked him to check the documents.
