[Resolved] Vodafone — Excess Billing for Blackberry | |||
Ref: Vodafone Number [protected] Bill no: [protected] I had sent mail to vodafone delhi customer care that I have been levied charges for blackberry usage for full month even though plan was initiated only for 10 days. Monthly Charges BlackBerry Prosumer ULD 399 (21.02.14 to 02.03.14) 399.00 BlackBerry Prosumer ULD 399 (03.03.14 to 02.04.14) 399.00 Sub total 798.00 In single bill i have been levied charges twice. But instead of reversing the charges, I have just received the mail from some Kapil dev chahar of vodafone that even if i activate blackberry service for 1 day i will be charged for full month. Please reverse the excess charges levied. I shall not pay the charge for the period i had not used the services. Also, vodafone didnot intimated me before activating the service that i shall be levied full month cost even if i activate for 9 days.
I shall be bound to file case in consumer court accordingly as this is not fair and i have a geniune case.
