Vodafone — Excess payment not refunded even in 3 months | |||
I was a vodafone customer since long time but switched over to reliance due to bad network. to port the no. I had to clear the outstanding amount. as a result I had to pay rs. 960 extra to vodafone which was supposed to be refunded by cheque. It's 3 months now I have not recieved the cheque. till now I have visited the store 3-4 times and asked them to get the cheque recieved at the store and I would collect form there. In the month of July they said, it would come in 20 days around. Now they are again saying that it would take 15 more days. I am not sure why they are just torturing me just like that. if vodafone don't want to refund the amount they should keep it rather than torturing me. these guys just know to cheat customers.
