Vodafone — Excessively charged on ISD Calls and Disconnected service with out informing

I am using Vodafone(Mobile number:[protected]) post paid for the last 3 years and paying bills correctly.
Recently I noticed that there was an excessive billed against my ISD calls. I am using Corporate 299 plan, In That charges is about ~6-8 rupees for UAE country call where as it has been charged 19 rupees. So I reported the same to customer care. But whenever I asked for justification, Customer care guys were simply disconnected the call. So I went directly to customer care Bangalore-Bellandur office. there I registered complaint(complaint number -[protected]).Irrespective of complaint I received a call and This time also Customer care guys were repeated the same behaviour.

Since there were no action against my billing, second time I gave a complaint(complaint no:[protected] to avoid any collition.Instead of giving explanation why was wrong billing made by the billing team. vodafone has simply disconnected my outgoing service.
Really Shocking the way vodafone handling billing system and customer complaints and I am not sure how many time excessively charged in my previous bills.
