Vodafone has charged me exorbitantly despite my credit limit was 3000. They claim that I have consumed only 40 mb data in international roaming and they have charged me for same. My question is how come you charge me beyond my credit limit? Practically the data never worked for me internationally. Vodafone dynamically at there convinence changed the credit limit and charged me over and above.
When company like Vodafone start taking consumer for granted they should be penalised heavily by law. Airtel and jio giving such compitative roaming convince to consumer whereas Vodafone is know to cheat the consumer.
