Vodafone — Extra amount charged in bills | |
Earlier I was using IDEA network and have been receiving a bill of Rs 635/- every month for more than a year, which I paid regularly before due date. All of a sudden, I was switched from IDEA to Vodafone against my will, however Vodafone promised to keep the same plan as with idea. (Though I had doubt according to the earlier cheatings of Vodafone). Things came out to be true when Vodafone started charging me Rs 680/-, Rs 751/- and Rs 881/- for three consecutive months instead of Rs 635/-. I have regularly paid Rs 635/- against first two of these increased bills and have also brought the issue before Vodafone customer care which acted ignorant and took no action. Now vodafone has barred my outgoing today i.e.[protected] saying that Rs 881 bill was not paid (which is due on[protected]. My only request is to charge me Rs 635/- instead of Rs 680/-, Rs 751/-, Rs 881/- and make adjustments in your committed errors.
