Vodafone — Extra charges on Bill (Post-paid connection

I had transferred my vodafone corporate number to Personal number.
1) I tried to deactivate my corporate caller tune thrice. Vodafone hasnt yet deactivated. Every time it charges me few bucks. Each month I recieve an sms stating your caller tune is activated and in case you want to discontinue pls send sms to x number in X format. When I do the same, I get reply that your's is corporate number caller tune can not be deactivated. I wrote to customer care thrice but in vain
2) I activated 3G services. The plan was not briefed to me properly by customer executive thus leading to extra charges. When I complained the customer care I got the reply that they will come back in some time frame but they don't. This leads to late fee charges blah blah.
3) Then I deactivate my plan. But I reactivated on 4th April and deactivated on 2nd May. I was charged finely 250 Rs for the month of April. I deactivated within a Month but I have been charged again for the month of May. usage 0, charges 250. No one to listen in the company except superficial apologies but no one going to correct the bill.
