[Resolved]  Vodafone — Extra charging and unauthorized change in plan by Vodafone

PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM USING FOLLOWING MOBILE NOS 1) [protected] & 2) [protected] since sept 2012 under NC_MU_MV_MSEB_98 Plan on dt. 25.04.2014 request given to 198 to deactivate the vodafone 3G plan, also on today request given to 198 to deactivate 3G plan of Mob No. [protected], so who is responsible for the extra charges?????????
Mobile No [protected] is under NC_MU_MV_MSEB_98 Plan, who changed this plan to basic 499_individual plan ?????????????
I am not satisfied with your services so immediately without any delay send me how much amount of both the mobile nos you charged extra.
If The matter is not solved immediately i am in position to close the above both numbers.
