Vodafone — Extra hidden charges

I have been using Vodafone past 12 years postpaid. Recently I have been charged every month 240/- as google play purchases. I don't have any such subscription on my google play account but from May 2021 till now I have been charged.

The customer care guy says that because I added the payment mode by VI in google play purchase it has been charged. But without our permission how will they charge in our postpaid account. When I asked him about the content / App downloaded he doesn't have any record. How come they charge without even a record.

Vodafone team its really very worst experience. My plan is Rs. 399/- But I am paying every month 850/-

Please look into this and resolve the issues.
