Vodafone — False Internet data deduction

I recharged for 650 MB data within 20 hours without using any data I get a msg 350 MB has been deducted and again within an hour 250 MB. After trying to register a complain for one whole day and failing at that I gave up and recharged my mobile with 300mb. On complaining again about the 650 MB data, they converted my data usage back to previous plan and my 300 MB recharge went God knows where. This they have done previously too 8 months back.
