Vodafone — Fraud for mnp - no solution even after escalation

Regret to write the mail in regards to the newly mnp number from idea to vodafone.

Porting numbers are - [protected] / [protected] / [protected]

Mr. Ganesh and mr. Tushar called me for mnp of all the 3 numbers from idea to vodafone.

It got ported on 27th and activated on the same day and i am trying to contact for plan details which is not handed over at the time of handing over the documents (Mentioning that executive forgot to get the plan detail).

Since last 5days i am in follow up for the plan details but dst person including executive who collected the document, not helping for the same and absconding. Somehow today an hour ago after sharing fir copy i received with wrong commitment plan details.

Executive is not responding phone and giving bad words when they pick up mentioning "do whatever you can, u can't do anything of ours". Here is the address which was given by executive which is again doesn't exist -

Post which i registered a complaint with police commissioner at andheri police station, they are in search of dst address and writing report so as to handover the same to me. I will definitely taking and registering the case to consumer court if problem doesn't get resolved by this week.

After inquiry from vodafone gallery, plan details are not same as committed and i felt like cheated and fraudulent in the name of vodafone brand.

Dear appellate authorities, request you to intervene and resolve the issue.
