Vodafone — Fraudulent Deduction | |
I got a balance deduction of 48 rs. from my main balance. As I had not initiated any transaction from my side I called up customer care. I was informed that some ppu link download has been done by me and because of which the balance has been cut.This is utter nonsense. How can vodafone claim that I gave consent to download some link when I am saying I have not given any consent. This is CHEATING and FRAUD. How can vodafone keep the option active of deducting money from main balance when the UNLIMITED internet pack is already active??
