[Resolved] Vodafone — Gift not received 30 days after registration | |||
Hi, At the time of taking a new post paid connection, I was informed by Vodafone store executive about a gift scheme which can be redeemed post my 1st, 2nd and/or month billing. Its been almost 8 months I have been using this number, and made around 4 rounds to Vodafone store for redeeming the same. During my 4th visit, my registration was done by its executive in the store, vide registration number 6043, and I was told that gift would be received in 15 days at door steps. It is over 40 days now, and I have no clue about the gift. When I check with Vodafone Store, they say this is with CISPL. Contacting CISPL is more frustrating than contacting Vodafone custermer service. Their executives are always busy and in around 5 seconds, the call gets disconnected. Should I wait for any response or shall I assume that I was cheated by Vodafone!! This is the last attempt I am making by posting here. Hi,
My concern is yet to be addressed. I was told by your executive that the agency has sent the gift in speed post and he would check with your vendor and revert. I am yet get the revert on this.
