Being a postpaid customer having no.[protected] &[protected], What a bitter experience and harrasment faced with you :
I had already made excess bill payments for No.[protected] through vodafone app :

So many calls received from vodafone regarding bill querry. Every time it was updated by me. My outgoing calls have been barred on 07.03.2015 without any intimation or justified reason. After complaint by email, services were restored.
Extremely regretted, outgoing calls again barred on 16.03.15. on 198 it was told your payments are not updated. Who is responsible for updation of payment - consumer of company who introduced its application VODAFONE APP.
