Vodafone — Hidden charges | |||||
Dear Consumer Forum Administrator, I have lodged various complaints with Vodafone for their unfair practice of levying hidden charges. This relates to the various packs that get activated automatically without the users consent. I have complained to Vodafone on several occasions and so much so that their Nodal Officer last month called and apologized and reversed these charges assuring me that it wont occur again. But again this month these packs got activated and Vodafone has charged me for these services that I have not subscribed. In my family, we use JIO, Airtel and Vodafone. JIO and Airtel levying any such hidden charges. I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone for the past 11 years (earlier Hutch/Orange etc) and am really disappointed by these unfair practices that Vodafone has resorted to make money. I request you to kindly take this matter up with the highest authorities at Vodafone to ensure the customers are not looted any further. Thanks & regards, BS Was this information helpful? | |||||
