Vodafone — hungama play pack activated without my consent | |||
I am vodafone mobile service user, this is regarding, hungama play pack activated, on 16th january 2020, and balance is been deducted, without my knowledge. I have never activated or subscribed to activate vodafone play or hungama app. I don't even use those app. On 24th january i saw the message on my phone that i don't have enough balance, and came to know about the activated subscription, i called vodafone service on 24th january 2020 and i was blamed to activate service, and the amount of past days will not be refunded. I would like to get refund of the amount since 16 january 2020, as the activated subscription were done without my consent. Was this information helpful? | |||
