Vodafone Idea Limited — Operator is claiming false bill despite clearing dues and Porting out

I ported out of Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited) on September 6th 2021 to Jio postpaid, after clearing dues as on date. The last payment made was for the billing cycle 4.Aug.21 to 3.Sep.21, through UPI Google Pay at 1:56pm on 6th September vide transaction reference number[protected]. From 6th September to 25th October, no claim was raised by Vi for the 2-3 days of bill (4th, 5th & 6th September 2021). Suddenly I received a call on 26th october from the landline[protected] at 5:51pm, claiming bill of some 400 rupees, whose bill was never communicated to me. When I explained there is no official due I am aware of, they complained my current mobile operator Jio, who threatened me via text message on 27th Oct, 12:30pm, to clear an amount of Rs 417.87. Now, if Vodafone required the 3 days money, they could have normally communicated like their initial bill. Why did they wait a month without official communication and then are trying to claim an exorbitant amount ? Hope the complaint is very clear. I am reachable on [protected].
