Vodafone — Illegal deduction a lot of time from my prepaid no.

This is the third time when balance is deducted from my vodafone sim. And when i tried to contact the customer care, i was on the call for 10 minutes to wait for that somebody will response from other side. But there was not any response. Service is very very poor.illigally balance is deducted and then not picking up the call ilat cust. Care. Which kind of service is this.Company like vodafone is not supposed to do like this. My no.
