[Resolved]  Vodafone — Incorrect deductions and no notifications on the deductions

I had done recharge on 28th August 2020 for rs 39, the amount was credited with some concerns and after a complaint was already raised.

Now I get to know that I have no balance, on checking with the customer care. I get to know that some value added services has caused the deduction. I was not even informed of this by any means nor was I aware of it.

I have not applied for any value added service nor was I notified of any sorts of activation what so ever.

On calling the customer care to raise a complaint, I just get irresponsible responses and people have even hung up on me and some have put me on hold and have disconnected the call.

On calling the customer care today. I got the below message that the deduction was done on 28th, but I have not got any message related to this ever before.

I spoke to madhu who claims to be the floor manager, only response I get from him is that it cannot be refunded. Initially he tells that the deduction was done on 7th September. And when I told him that the previous person told that it was deducted on aug 28th. He changed his statement and continued to tell that nothing can be done.

THERE WAS NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT NOR WAS THERE ANY ACTIVATION DONE FROM MY END.

As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.
