Vodafone — Incorrect gprs billing abroad | |||||
Hello, On 11 May, I requested for the international roaming pack on vodafone webpage (Rs. 599/-). I received two messages, one for request and the next for activation. I traveled abroad on 13 May and used the service for one day. Then I received email on 15 May saying that there was high data usage and my service was disconnected. My pospaid number is [protected] (disconnected as of now). I do not have another number. Now I am being asked to pay a bill of over Rs. 30, 849/- . I replied to the email and had several emails exchanged and I also shared the screenshots of the sms I received but I keep receiving the response that there was no request from me to activate the pack. Even now, my service is disconnected. Apart from losing connectivity while traveling abroad, having to buy sim cards at the places I traveled to, I am now charged with this incorrect amount. I am attaching the screenshots of the messages. Please resolve this billing issue and restore the services.
