[Resolved] Vodafone India — 2nd ADDON 3G Pack not activated | |||
I am Prashant Khankar ([protected]) from Mumbai and a corporate customer of ICICI Prudential. I have 2GB 3G Data monthly pack which got exhausted within mid of the month post which on 8th Feb I request ADDON 1GB 3G Data which also exhaust on 17th Feb. On 17th Feb I again requested for 1GB GB Data which was not activated stating customer can have for only 1 ADDON in one bill cycle as per policy(no communication recd so far. When I mailed to corporate assist they told me customer can opt for two different ADDON in one bill cycle. I had used 700 MB extra 3G data post 8th Feb due to non activation of ADDON plan I have also mailed the ADDON request snapshots. Just to inform you if you have deactivated the mobile number how can you call and except the customer to pick your call or even call back.
Pathetic service, If you behave in this way with corporate customers i doubt what kind of service can a common man would except.
