Vodafone India — 349 recharge

I have recharge my mobile by 349 offer and I got massage also but didn't get talk time. When I make a call sound came that u don't have value money so I did a call to customer care but they had not attended my call. I had spend a long period of 4 hours but no customer care executive received my call this was disgusting for me.please register my complain and solve it immediately because I m totally fed up by ur services.
