[Resolved]  Vodafone India — 3g internet plan overwritten to 2g

I had recharged 3g 1gb internet data plan on my mobile no. [protected] for rs.251/-. I got the message that 3g data plan activated on your mobile and will expire on 23.10.2014 at around 3.30 pm. At 6.30 pm I received message that my data plan overwritten with a follow on message that your 2g internet data plan has been activated. But to my surprise I had not done any recharge at around 6.30 pm for rs.175/-. When I complained to vodafone to restore 3g services they straight away denied and told that we could reverse the 2g plan and will not refund rs.251/-. I told them to register my complaint as my no.was recharged wrongly by someone and why will I suffer for the act of wrong transaction done by someone else. One mr.prabhu of vodafone told that they could not do so. Please help out and try to restore my 3g internet data plan or tell them to refund rs.251/-.
