Vodafone India — 3G net pack over written by 2G net pack without my permission

I have recharged 3G 1GB net pack of 249 in my mobile no. [protected]on dated 12/03/15. I have received message from vodafone on dated 16/03/15 i.e. my net pack over written by 45MB 2G data pack. I have not done this type of any recharge on my no. so why my data pack has over written by 2G data pack without my permission. I have also discussed for the same from customer care 3 times but they have not provided any type of solution for this problem. I will not bothered the loss of money without my any mistakes. So please refund my 3G 1GB net pack of Rs.249 in my mobile no. [protected].
