Vodafone India — 3g network not connected

I khaja from ap in kurnool and my number is:[protected] I bought 1gb 3g data sim but its not connected 3g, i checked in my 3smart mobile but no use and iam also caled customer care and local vodafone care office but they dint correct my problem pls correct my problem, thunk u
