Vodafone India — 3g service not getting connected and misbehave of customer care executive

This was the 4th time I called Vodafone Customer Care asking to solve 3G service issue. I am getting 3G service ON/OFF on my mobile and 2G network in my house ie., my registered address.

At 26th Feb, 2016 i called up Customer care executive and he directed my call to Technical Dept executive name Sandy. I told him my problem and also mentioned that i am facing this issue from past 1 month, to my surprise he went on arguing with me and proved me wrong by saying I can access 3G and he started giving me the details of time and location I used 3G in other location. I kept telling him that I get 3G connection at few places but not in my home. His response was "If you are not able to use 3G at your home, then it is your problem and not ours and if you had used 3G network 2 hours before means you are still out of house and you have not reached home" This was random and offensive reply I got from executive. I told him I do not wish to communicate further and transfer my call to other executive but he completely denied. He said i should talk only to him and if i wish to talk to other executive, I should disconnect his call and call back. I had already waited to get my call connected to customer care executive for more than 5 mins. How can someone expect me to call back again without providing me proper information

3rd time when I complaint, I received their call On 21st Feb, 2016 with reason there was network issue at my place and the issue is resolved. I have other family member staying in my house using same network of Vodafone, how can they provide me with false reason saying there was network issue.
22nd Feb, 2016 - Due to frustration, I requested to Port my number but this will take a while to switch my number to other service provider

Request you to take action against the employee who misbhaved with me and was not ready to solve my problem or direct my call to someone else. As proof, you will get recording of our conversation happened yesterday night from Vodafone company. Please listen to it. Also, my 3G issue is still unresolved.
