18th october, around 2.30pm, i took new 4g sim to replace my old 3g sim. Store girl registered a sim and then when i tried to open the pack it was empty. She gave me a new pack and said it will be active in next 30 mins.
I chatted with vodafone care and i was informed that the active sim number does not match with mine. The new sim registration is not processed correctly.
Its been 3 days now and i am still waiting.
Also activated a sim which is not with me causing a security breach. What if someone misused it?
Started on wednesday, today on saturday i received an email that they need 2 more working days to resolve.
