Sub: Immediate change of Plan - requested
Ref: Vodafone No.[protected] / Vodafone value 199 CUG Plan
Dear Sir,
I have voluntarily joined from Airtel prepaid to your Vodafone value 199 CUG plan postpaid. For the period on 16.03.16 from the first day of 16.03.16 to 04.04.16, you have charged Rs.152.62 only for my usage. Then from 05.04.16 to 04.05.16 your bill amount comes for Rs.234/- against my usage.
On 13.05.16, the outgoing call facility has been deactivated in my phone. I was unable to know the exact reason from your customer care centre over phone. Your customer care people told that it may be caused due to the international calls usage. But, I never made such a calls. On 14.05.16, I have seen a Email requesting to pay Rs.1800/- immediately and the credit limit of Rs.1500/- has already been over.
So, I am unable to use this number from that day onwards and request your good office to change my plan from post paid to prepaid immediately please. In addition to that, I like to inform you that the bill is prepared wrongly for the calls to special numbers not made by me. I wonder that no man can make two different calls in two different numbers at same time in single sim (Refer my itemized calls summary for outgoing calls dated 12.05.16 time – 15:40:26, [protected] for 36 minutes duration. In same itemized call summary for Value added service charges dated 12.05.16 time- 15:47:32, 51717, 90:10 minutes duration)
So, I will not make any remittance to those amounts as per your demand.
