Vodafone India — About hurting someone's emotions | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam, I am Shivani Arora, using Vodafone number - [protected] from more than a month. I'd submitted my Adhar Card copy and Office ID as well. And on these documents my name is clearly mentioned as Shivani Arora, However your company has updated as Shiva Ji Arora. I have requested several times to change it but I didn't get any response from VODAFONE. It is harassing me and meanwhile effecting my Sentiments, I don't want this kind of services where my Name and Gender are going to be change.
