[Resolved] Vodafone India — abrupt disconnection of my mobile no. | |
I am a vodafone mobile phone subscriber since 2007. My no. Is [protected] and it belongs to the bangalore circle. I am currently based out of dehra dun, uttarakhand and about 4 days ago suddenly my phone has been deactivated. On reaching vodafone store, i was informed that bill is pending which i paid on the spot. I was told that the number would be reactivated within the next 30 mins. Till today, it still remains deactivated. I have visited the vodafone stores again and also called vodafone bangalore circle no. - [protected] but no one is able to provide me the reason behind this abrupt disconnection. To my disbelief they are asking me to go to bangalore to submit some documents about which they are also not sure. I would request trai to intervene and help me come out of this harassment caused by this unilateral action of m/s vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |
