Vodafone India — Abusive language by Customer care service providers | |||
I use Vodafone pre-paid number belonging to Tamil Nadu (except Chennai) and am on roaming. I wanted to get clarified about extra charges for an internet booster pack, I activated in my mobile. I called customer complaint centre at 198. After a series of call diverts, a person named Marudhu answered. He explained me his protocols of charging for data usage in Vodafone. When I kept asking for clarifications, he became restless and started abusing me in the regional language. I clearly told him to stop abusing me. Yet, he continued to use vulgar slang and abused me even further. I deserve an explanation for such a disrespectful conduct by service provider towards a consumer. Was this information helpful? | |||
