Vodafone India — access billing | |||||
Hi, My number is +[protected], and i am using vadafone as service provider from past 6 years. I have 349/- monthly plan with having unlimited calls and 4 gb 4g data. But from last 4 month i am getting access bill and when i complaint against that i knew that 1 used more data over 4 gb. When i told neither i received any sms nor i used more than provided as i am having vodafone application where we can check the usage. And after checking from internal system they found that this happened wrongly so given reversal for the same. The same thing happened in sept 2017 month bill and got reversal of 590/- and needed to pay 543/- so i paid the same. But this oct2017 month i received the bill and added that amount 590/- which was reversal. I raised the complaint with corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com but not getting resolution from past 10 days. Please help. I have enough mails for the same which says reversal happened and now vodafone is denying to give the reversal and now i m getting ivr message on each call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
