[Resolved] Vodafone India — access fee deducted | |||
Sir I have made a recharge of rs169 on 11 03.2019 and an amount of rs 141 was deducted as access fee. The same is deducted without the knowledge of the customer. This is a fraudulent transaction needs to be refunded. What is this access fee. Why is this deducted only in case of vodafone. Vodafone has ported my no without my knowledge now they r saying nothing can be happen now this is my 10 year old no now Vodafone is saying u can not get ur no now.
