[Resolved]  Vodafone India — access fee deducted

I have made a recharge of rs169 on 11
03.2019 and an amount of rs 141 was deducted as access fee. The same is deducted without the knowledge of the customer. This is a fraudulent transaction needs to be refunded. What is this access fee. Why is this deducted only in case of vodafone. Vodafone should immediately stop the same

Vodafone has ported my no without my knowledge now they r saying nothing can be happen now this is my 10 year old no now Vodafone is saying u can not get ur no now.
